Overview
In 2022, the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service (NAPS) came to Shout in need of marketing support with a strong recruitment focus. High call volumes paired with a significant staff shortage had become a detrimental combination. Traditional recruitment endeavors such as school visits, job and career fairs were no longer as effective as they once were.
One of our main objectives was to reach and convert qualified applicants to meet their hiring needs. Before running a single ad, the recruitment process began with developing NAPS’ employer brand to attract the ideal candidate.
The Shout Team travelled 4,000+ kilometers to shadow NAPS’ officers working in several northern fly-in communities. Collecting photos and video footage of officers on-the-job provided our team with endless high quality visual assets to use across ad designs, social media content and print materials.
